For the past 5 years or so, you could find me blogging at While I’m Waiting. And, truthfully, many of those years were spent doing just that…waiting! It was my late 30’s and early 40’s when I was brave enough to finally start digging deep to find out who I really was. Sounds strange to think I could live that long and not really know the real me. I’m a recovering people-pleaser so I think that had a lot to do with my insecurities. I spent so many years of my life trying to be who everyone else wanted or needed me to be that I truly lost myself.
2017 has been a hard yet wonderful year for me. After a lot of soul-searching, I am finally comfortable in my own skin. It felt like my waiting was finally over. So, for the last few months, I have been working on starting my blog from scratch. It’s been nerve-wracking, exciting, and tiresome but I hope you’ll keep coming back. It’s truly out with the old and in with the new!
Unless you know our family, you might be wondering why the title “Coordinator of Chaos”? And to that I say – keep coming back and you’ll quickly understand! 🙂
